CAPI 408-508 Rear Bracket

The CAPI 408-508 Rear Bracket is a professionally made, laser cut, custom steel bracket. This bracket is an integral part of the "modular console project". This is the bracket that the PCB backplanes are secured to. The special notches will make more sense as future backplanes are released.

This bracket has carefully laid out thru holes designed to mate with our other console metal parts as well as the PCB backplanes. There are no tapped holes on this part. Assembly is intended to be completed with #4/40 screws, lock-washers and nuts.

All outside corners have been intentionally rounded on this part to keep the cut fingers, sliced hands and nicked knuckles to a minimum while assembling.

Material is 0.05" (1.27mm) steel with a yellow zinc plating
