The Floor Box PSU Basic Parts Kit is a collection of aluminum parts, components and miscellaneous fasteners required to complete the assembly of a Floor Box PSU build. This kit contains everything that is not found elsewhere at the store. Every single piece, part and fastener required to build the Floor Box PSU is in this kit. The sides of the enclosure are full length, custom made aluminum extrusions. The left and right sides are identical so they are interchangeable or reversible. Each extrusion has a strategically placed row of holes near the bottom for securing the 51PSU-V2 PCB. Near the center, is an array of holes that align perfectly with the regulators on the 51PSU-V2 PCB. One of these holes is also used for the Star Ground. There is a small groove along the top and bottom of the part to accept the top and bottom panels. Full length perforated screen covers are also included. The rear panel is 0.09" thick and laser cut from 6061-T6 aluminum. The panel has a brushed polish and is red anodized. Self-tapping screws are used to secure the front and rear panels to the heatsink sides. The top and bottom panels are 0.04" thick and CNC punched from 6061-T6 aluminum. Both panels have a brushed polish and are red anodized. Each has it's own unique array of obround vent holes. The bottom naturally has a hole punched for mounting the toroidal transformer. The two narrow strips are also 0.04" aluminum and are used as filler pieces between the bottom panel and the rubber feet. Rubber bump/feet from Keystone Voltage select switch from ITW Illuminated, fused, switched IEC from Bulgin Hook-up wire from Alpha Faston connectors and ring terminals from TE Connectivity Black anodized handle from Vemaline Cable ties and 3:1 heat shrink tubing are also included ***Please Note: This item is not available for sale individually.
