The J111 is a low noise, N-Channel, JFET chopper switch manufactured by Fairchild Semiconductor. I am using the J111 for audio switching applications like the Mute/Talkback function on the 2-ACA-Bo Rev B.1 build. The J111 is also a very popular choice among console designers for silent mute functions.
