The ZCON-11 Mk2 XFMR DI Entire Bundle is a complete kit bundle that contains all of the parts and components required to complete a ZCON-11 Mk2 XFMR Direct Inject box. The ZCON-11 Mk2 DI project is a very simple but useful impedance matching device. Direct Inject boxes are used for converting high-impedance instrument signals to low-impedance microphone signals. The heart of the ZCON-11 Mk2 DI is a Made In The USA custom transformer that is heavily based on the ever sought after UTC A-11. Without being a direct clone we have captured the tone and vibe of the UTC A-11 while only bringing out the necessary taps specific to direct inject use. The ZCON-11 Mk2 has standard features such is an instrument thru jack and ground lift. We have a somewhat unique feature which is toggling between two different secondary transformer ratios. A lot of juicy tone can be found in these two settings. Primary Impedance: 50k ohms Secondary Impedance: 31.5:1 = 50 ohms, 10:1 = 500 ohms Instrument impedance into 1k ohms mic preamplifier: 31.5:1 = 1M ohms, 10:1 = 100k ohms Features Neutrik connectors In a custom CAPI® Clamshell enclosure 4 5/16" wide X 5 3/16" long X 2 7/16" high
