Shipping Policy
All purchased items will typically ship within 1-3 business days by the method you have selected.
Domestic Shipping Methods
Express Mail: Overnight delivery to most locations. Will be upgraded to UPS overnight when possible.
Priority Mail: Delivers in 1-3 days, within 2 days in most cases. Will be upgraded to UPS when possible.
First Class Mail: Delivers in 1-5 days. Will typically be upgraded to UPS ground.
International Shipping Methods
Express Mail International: Will typically be upgraded to DHL Express unless remote delivery charges make it cost prohibitive.
Priority Mail International: Will typically be upgraded to DHL Express unless remote delivery charges make it cost prohibitive.
First Class Mail International: Delivery times vary depending upon location. This method has a weight limit of 4 pounds or less.
The customs form used on this label has a $399.99 value limit. Therefore, if your order is over $399.99, First Class International
is not an option. Priority Mail will be the lowest cost option. Although the USPS ID will be notated
in the Order Update email, First Class International packages are usually NOT TRACEABLE ONLINE.
***Please note: Quoted International delivery times do not include customs processing. It is very normal for a First Class International
package to take 4-6 weeks to arrive. The loss ratio is very small but the time in transit can be very long. Foreign customs and
foreign Postal Services are in absolutely no hurry to deliver these packages. If you choose this method, please be prepared to possibly
wait this long or sometimes longer.
FYI, I will not alter or falsify any value on a customs form to avoid a customer paying import tax and/or related fees. US Postal regulations require that I include a
commercial invoice on every package I export, which makes altering values impossible. Not to mention, this is highly illegal so there are serious fines including possible
jail time, which I have no interest in. Thanks for understanding.
Classic Audio Products, Inc. has no involvement in foreign customs, duties, import taxes or fees etc. The only tax we are required to collect and remit is
TN state sales tax. Therefore we really can't say if or how much a customer might be charged in their particular country.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you have ordered accidentally or would like to fully cancel an order that was just placed, please understand that there will
be a deduction of the merchant processing fees from the original payment amount. Once an order is placed and funded, PayPal or the
credit card merchant take their nonrefundable fees so a complete refund means that CAPI would have to reimburse you out of pocket
for those fees. Thanks for understanding.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return them for a full refund (shipping excluded) subject to the following
terms and conditions:
1. All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#). To be given a valid RA# you must be able to supply a
copy of the invoice/receipt, order number or invoice number. Please call us at 708-417-5192 to obtain an RA#. All returns that do not
clearly display an RA# on the outside of the packaging will automatically be refused. All RA#s must be issued within ten (10) days of
receiving the product. If there is a problem with your order, please DO NOT DELAY in contacting us!
2. All returned product must be in "as received" condition and unaltered in any way. Do not install, solder, drill, strip, paint,
file, or alter the product in any way until you have thoroughly inspected it! Product that has been altered in any way will not be accepted
for return!
3. Product must be packaged securely and with sufficient protection to avoid damage in transit. If, in our opinion, any product shows
evidence of damage, misuse, improper handling or insufficient packaging, it will not be eligible for exchange or refund consideration.
4. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
5. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
6. Upon inspection of the returned products, you will be credited via your original payment method within 5 business days.
