This is a solid chasis. Thicker and sturdier than most of the other ones I've tried. The power supply is the exact same switching supply that came with the 8 channel API rack. It is a good supply, although I wouldn't mind building something fancier. Jeff doesn't seem to have much to do with the home brewed supplies any more.

Anyway, great rack. I see no reason to buy any other rack if this is available. The build was tedious due to the amount of pins needing to be soldered, but not hard.
